Displaced Palestinians attend the morning Eid al-Fitr prayer at an United Nations (UN) school in Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip, where they found refugee after fleeing their homes in areas under heavy Israeli bombardment in the besieged Palestinian territory on July 28, 2014, on the first day of Eid al-Fitr holiday. The Muslim three-day Eid al-Fitr festival, that marks the end of the holy fasting month of Ramadan, began notably in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Palestinian territories, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Syria or Yemen, where reports of sightings of the new moon were received.
